FROM RECYCLED ALUMINUM TO FEELTABLES. THE MAKING OF FEELTABLES 

 

"Feel tables are handmade and produced in Vietnam from recycled aluminum. They are created with soft organic shapes in mind and very stable - despite they have a light design."

 

Our Feel tables are molded from reused aluminum. The molded look makes them soft to touch and has an exclusive surface which is very durable and can withstand everyday use. 
We have designed Feel tables in various sizes to various purposes inside as well as outside. 

Feeltables were presented in our Feel/ Autumn 2018 collection and designed in three sizes which makes them beautiful together as desposit tables. Furthermore, they are lovely individually as sofa tables, coffee tables and bedside tables. 

In Slow Collection 2019, new Feeltables have been designed. These new Feeltables are perfect as e.g. dining tables and desks. All Feeltables can be used indoors and outdoors as aluminum does not rust and therefore has a strong durability. 

 

HERE YOU SEE THE PROCESS - THE MAKING OF FEELTBALES FROM 1 TO 3 STEPS: 

 

 

STEP 1: Recycle aluminum. The recycled aluminum comes e.g. from engines, bicycles and car parts.  

 

 

STEP 2: Cleaning component parts. Melt aluminum parts. 

 

 

STEP 3: Taking off the aluminum from the sand mold. Grinding of aluminum components.
