WITH 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Since 2010, Tine K Home has been in the bamboo market and striving every day to do the best. We now have a total of 10 years of experience working with bamboo.

Since the start, Thyrsostachys Siamensis (Tregai) is the breed of bamboo we have used for all our bamboo furniture. In total there are over 1400 bamboo breeds to choose from, and we are using the Thyrsostachys Siamensis due to its great qualities. The bamboo is super strong and light weight, making it ideal to use in outdoor furniture, which often needs to be moved around.

Our bamboo furniture are unique, handmade products. We do not use big factories, instead, we choose to produce in small, local family owned workshops in Vietnam. There, our furniture is made with love and craftsmanship. The bamboo used in the workshops are naturally grown, without the use of any pesticides. Aside from that, bamboo is also the fastest growing plant in the world, reproducing big amounts of CO2. In that way our bamboo is a great alternative for the slower growing, higher maintenance hard woods.
