The hotel overlooks the square of Santa Marina Salina, facing the sea, in a very central position. As soon as you arrive on the island it is easy to reach on foot as it is just a few meters from the tourist port and the hydrofoil landing place. The terrace is enriched by pictorial and photographic exhibitions by young artists accompanied by their love for this magical island.

The Hotel Mercanti di mare has nine rooms, well equipped and furnished with elegant simplicity. In the green and blue variations of the fabrics, they all recall the Aeolian style, with terracotta tiles and antique furniture. Each room is equipped with television, telephone, mini bar, hairdryer, safes and air conditioning. Two of the nine rooms fall into the superior category: both have a private terrace with sea view, furnished with hammocks and lounge areas. Furthermore, the Hotel has a room for disabled people. For guests with children it is possible to request a cot and everything necessary to improve the stay of the whole family. Finally, to meet the needs of those who love animals and do not want to part with them during the summer holidays, small dogs are welcome among the guests of the Mercanti di mare.
